Returns Policy
Timeframes
We hope you're satisfied with your order. However, if you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by DPD.
Once a return has been approved, it must be received back with us within 5 days. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. This includes original packaging and labels. Footwear must be unworn and returned in its box along with any accessories.
We reserve the right to reduce or refuse refunds if returned items are received in a condition that differs from what was originally sent.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Shirts with personalised (non-player) names or numbers
- Items ordered in the wrong size
Processing & Options
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt. We will contact you via WhatsApp once your return has been inspected. If accepted, we will offer one of the following options:
- An exchange for the same item (if available)
- An alternative item of the same value
- A store voucher of the same value with no expiry date
- A refund for the item value, returned to the original payment method
